      Bought as my partner is unable to use the kettle. Used in conjunction with a travel mug, it means he is able to have a hot drink in the day without any risk of scalding. It dispenses hot water at a reasonable speed and has the economic advantage of heating only the water used. It is simple to use and pretty basic in operation, no premeasures, just pour and stop. No spluttering, no leaks, no cut outs experienced. As the travel mug is very tall, i don’t even use or miss the drip tray. I would still use my kettle for very large volumes of water, but for a couple of cuppas and most especially for enabling my partner to independently make a drink, it is great. Easy to fill and doesn’t take up loads of space on the worktop.

    Slight shame there isnt an auto cut-off at. Slight shame there isnt an auto cut-off at say 100/200/300 ml. You need to keep an eye on it if doing a big cup. Dont walk offactually it does exactly as you would expect.

      Purchased a different model as a gift and that was fine. . After several flushes i still can’t drink a up of coffee using the hot water. It is still tainted with a plastic flavor. Purchased a different model as agift and that was fine.

    Vonshef hot water dispenser. Don’t know why we hadn’t bought one sooner. It must save a fortune on electricty as you only boil what you need for a cup. I would advise people to double the recommended run in period as i found that it took longer to clear the machine of any manufacturing tast once this goes the rest is a breeze.

    Very pleased with this heater. Very pleased with this heater, gives almost instant hot water for drinks without haveing to waait for a kettle to boil. Very easy to fill with the jug provided.

    Got this after seeing the one my brother in law. Got this after seeing the one my brother in law had purchased. Makes sense to only heat the water you need, saving money on not heating more water than nessasary. Does seem a bit light weight all plastic casing but as long as lasts it will be ok. Plus it has have a two year warranty.

    Highly recommended, heats water in seconds. We are so pleased with this item. Heats water in seconds and water flows quickly. It works much better than anticipated. I had my doubts when buying it but it came out great. The only negative thing to say is that water drips down so you need to empty a drip tray once a day but this is not an issue for us.

    Brought this 2 moths ago, for my parents, they love it, took them 2 days to work it out even though its just an on and off switch lol. The water is hot enough to make a decent cuppa. Easy to use, no problems at all.

      I absolutely love this product. I absolutely love this product. It arrived less than 48 hours after i ordered it and was assembled and working in seconds. I have problems lifting a kettle full of boiling water and this product does away with the need for this. I had been worried that it might not produce water hot enough as i do like a very hot cup of tea but i needed not have worried as the water is more than hot enough.

    A great item and a great buy. I had a one cup kettle which to be honest ok but i couldn’t vary the size of the cup. I then came across this item.
