Review and Buying Guide of Russell Hobbs 18365 Glass Touch Kettle

Seems to be great but some problems becoming expert. Kettle seems to be great but we are encountering the exact same problem as other reviewers with the lid not opening easily and also there is excessive water both of those on top and under the foundation. Also not absolutely sure the decreased temp options operate properly all the time. Have despatched responses to russell hobbs to see what they say.

Smart kettle with plenty of capabilities. It lives up to expectations as considerably as appears & efficiency. Only difficulty i have is that the opening system (press button on lid) frequently usually takes a lot of makes an attempt to open.

Very lousy high quality, lid sticks, and just after three months a bit of the take care of broke off.

Comments from buyers

“Beautifully and Easy to use, Not great value for money, best kettle ever had – never mind the little problems with the lid, variable temperature kettle, Questionable quality for the price., Looks good but some issues being experienced”

I wondered why i was asked to pay back return postage for anything that was not my fault?.

Disappointing very poor top quality lid. This kettle appears to be good and boils drinking water okay but sadly the lid opening doesn’t operate. The condensation that collects about the major stops the button release from doing work and we have to prise the lid open with a fingernail every single time.

The kettle arrived incredibly immediately and was just as described. It looks very nicely and i have had no troubles to date nonetheless the lid opening button sticks sometimes and calls for a couple of pushes.

Best kettle ever had – never mind the little problems with the lid. Had the same kettle in the white version for some 5 years until it was broken; guess it was the best kettle i ever had – besides the problems with the lid, but with a little help from my fingernail i always managed to open it; especially i love the temperature control from 60° c to 100° c; i do hope my 2nd kettle – now in this black version – will do its duty for at least another 5 years.
